The refurbishing of the facility of IPI was completed and the official inauguration ceremony took place in January, 2018. Consequently, the preparation for submission of drug registration files for the Iraqi MOH began and is expected to be completed end of Q3, pending a future manufacturing scheme there. Those products include solid line products, namely conventional tablets and capsules and high potency oncology products.
It is important to highlight that the Iraqi Pharmaceutical Industry (IPI) is the oldest pharmaceutical company manufacturing pharmaceutical products within the Iraqi market.
