A Palestinian Public Limited Company (PLC) headed by Dr. Bassim Khoury, CEO. Pharmacare is specialized in the manufacturing of generic pharmaceutical and branded generic products currently targeting local markets within Palestine and international markets within the EU, CIS and some MENA countries. PCP was EU GMP certified in January 2008 and promoted the first export shipment to Germany in June 2008.

A 100% PCP-owned private limited holding company registered in Malta A non-trading subsidiary of Pharmacare, PCE holds the Pharmacare Group share investments within the European Union.

A 65% PCE-owned company based in Hal-Far, Malta. PCM has committed to develop a state-of-the-art facility focused on ‘high-potency’ products for oncology therapeutics. Additionally, the facility produces conventional products primarily aimed at markets in Europe and MENA.

The Iraqi Pharmaceutical Industry LTD (IPI):
IPI has been started in 1953 and is the oldest pharmaceutical company in Iraq. It has been re-inaugurated early 2018 following a campaign of expansion and refurbishment. The company is the only Baghdad-based Iraqi conventional and high-potency oncology company designated as Grade A by the Iraqi MOH. Pharmacare invests a 10% share off the manufacturing facility producing conventional products in Iraq.

An affiliate company that is not owned by Pharmacare. A marketing and distribution company in the CIS (Ex-Soviet Union). Headquartered in Minsk Belarus and is active in 7 CIS countries.

HikmaCare LTD – Palestine (HC):
PCP is inaugurating a joint-venture with Hikma Pharmaceuticals. Hikma, a Jordanian company based in the UK, is the second largest pharmaceutical company in the Middle East. The agreement stipulates that PCP will manufacture Hikma products and HC will market and distribute within the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
